The Team
Excite Rally Raid is a British off-road rally raid team featuring an all-British, senior crew (over 50). Both the team's driver and co-driver bring a wealth of experience and expertise, particularly in off-road rallying. Their extensive background in rally racing ensures a high level of wisdom, reliability, and skill, which are crucial in the demanding world of off-road racing.
The Car
The team competes with a British-built Desert Warrior 3. This vehicle is specifically designed for Rally Raid and is powered by a 3.0-litre BMW turbo diesel engine. The engine has been remapped to enhance its reliability and torque, essential for the challenges of Dakar-style racing.

2025 Schedule
The proposed schedule for 2025 includes participation in the following events: April: Morocco Desert Rally June/July: Potential UK Cross Country event November: Tunisia Rally Additional Event: European Baja in Spain or Portugal (subject to funding)
Additionally, the team plans to attend several high-profile events across the UK. These events will feature static displays and active demonstrations of the Desert Warrior 3, aiming to engage spectators and promote the team.
2026 and Beyond
Looking forward to 2026, the team aims to maintain a similar schedule as 2025 with the addition of the Africa ECO Race. This race is gaining prominence and is becoming a significant event in the rally raid calendar, potentially surpassing the renowned Dakar Rally in importance.
Funding
To achieve these ambitious plans, Excite Rally Raid is actively seeking partner funding. Financial support will be critical in enabling the team to participate in these prestigious events and continue showcasing their expertise and the capabilities of the Desert Warrior 3. Packages don’t come as “standard” as we want to work with you for the benefit of your business not just our team.
